The Gallia County Sheriff will be particpating in the National Drug Take Back Initiative again this year. The purpose of this day is to provide a venue for persons to dispose of unwanted and unused medication properly. The Medication Drop Off Event will take place on Saturday April 28, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00p.m. at the Gallia County courthouse.

Gallipolis - Gallia County Deputies working with Gallipolis City Police Officers responded to a call of a sexual assault just outside of the Gallipolis Municipal Limits on Spruce Street Extension.
