Deputies Arrest Two for Theft

  On January 1^st, 2010 Gallia County Deputies arrested two individuals for theft. The investigation
thereafter resulted in the recovery of property from six different residential burglaries.

  Sheriff Browning reports that on January 1^st, his deputies were able to take into custody Ryan
Henry, 20 of Gallipolis on a stolen ATV. The deputies located another stolen ATV in close
proximity as well. The subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of Ryan Henry and his brother
Steven Henry, 22 of Gallipolis. Both were charged in the theft of the four wheelers. 

  Sheriff Browning reports that deputies were able to link the duo as well as a third ( yet unnamed)
party to at least six residential burglaries and recovered property from those burglaries. The recovered
property included firearms, furniture, electronics, big screen televisions, clothing, hunting accessories
and long bows. The burglaries were confined to the Kanagua and Addison area of Gallia County.
 

  Additional charges will be sought after consultation with the county prosecutor. The Sheriff is asking the
public to help by calling the county tip line at 740-446-6555 if they have information that might
assist investigators.
