county Sheriff Joe Browning and Sgt. Richard Harrison along with his K-9
Partner "Jeck" were guest at the Gallipolis Rotary Club meeting held on Feb.
3, 2009 at Holzer Medical Center.
Both Sheriff Browning and
Sgt. Harrison discussed the K-9 program with the group explaining training
requirements and going over past cases involving use of the K-9 and how the
Sheriff plans on improving and expanding the program.
