Most primary roadways appear clear, however some county and township roads may still have snow or ice. These roads may be hazardous in places for travel. Gallia County deputies are looking for a reported missing male from the Bullaville Pike area. Stephen E. Walter 59 yrs. old, white male. Walter reportedly has not been seen by his family for 3 weeks. Stephen Walter is 5’10″ and 130lbs. brown hair grey eyes. Report indicates that he has medical problems. No clothing description at this time.
