Terms of Sale:
1. Minimum bids will start at 2/3 of the appraised value.
2. A deposit of 10% is required at the time of sale.
Cash or Certified checks only will be excepted.
3. Balance of purchase price is due within 30 days of the date of
confirmation
filed with the Clerk of Courts.
4. Sales are conducted on the front steps of the Gallia County
Courthouse, located at,
18 Locust St. Gallipolis, Ohio 45631 at 10:00 A.M. on the date of the listed
sale.
