| The Gallia County Sheriff's Office is
always seeking information from the public about criminal activity, unsolved
crimes and much more. We are very aware of the fact that some people are
reluctant to come forward because they are afraid of retaliation or that the
information they have may not mean much or they believe the law enforcement
community may already have this information. We encourage the community to
please come forward with any information you have about any criminal
activity. You can remain anonymous. There are two ways to share your
information with us and not give us your name unless you feel comfortable in
doing so. The first way is to call the Gallia County Sheriff's Office Crime
Tip Line at (740) 446-6555. This is a phone line that goes directly to a
phone messaging system where you can leave your message. This line is open
24 hours a day and is check daily. The other is to leave you message on this
web site. You simple fill in the information blocks and hit the submit
button. No one will contact you unless you leave specific information on how
and when to do so. Remember we only need your information and not your name.
