I encourage you to take down our Tip Line Phone Number in the event you witness a crime or have information that is pertinent to an investigation. I also encourage you to sign up for our Home Security Camera Registration Program if you have security cameras at your home or business. This is a strictly confidential database that has a list of homes and businesses across Gallia County that have security cameras. Our detectives are often utilizing these cameras to help identify suspects and vehicles involved in crimes. Information on the Security Camera Registration is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of our Law Enforcement Community.
If you are going on vacation and would like for a deputy to stop and check your residence while you are gone. Please fill out the Vacation Home Check Request Form and email it back to us. Our Road Patrol Staff would be glad to stop and check your residence or business for you and provide extra patrols in that area.
